Gado Gado salad
It all started with a crossword mentionning a famous salad which I had to look up on the internet, and then one link led to another...The salad is served with peanut sauce, which you can optionally spice with sambal oelek.
Portion here is for 2. You can also serve a side dish of coconut rice.
What really makes the salad is the peanut sauce, so any vegetable will do :-)

Putting it together
- Blanch and cook all vegetables (can use same pot/water).
- Fry tofu/tempeh (chicken).
- Dispose on plates with half-eggs.
- Cover with peanut sauce.
- Add krupuk and peanut.
